Out of touch but I've still been baking...
Cake #30 was Faux Fruitcake baked on 11.7.2010 and it was delicious. I have a HUGE sweet tooth so it might not appeal to everyone. Instead of apricots or some other orange real fruit this recipe called for candy orange slices (hence faux). This cake was sticky and sweet...yummy!
